We aim to provide tasty, nutritional and energy-rich food to ensure that you are fully prepared for your training activities. Menus are seasonal and will vary according to produce availability.  Fresh fruit, vegetables and bread are sourced locally, along with other fresh produce obtained from the local market. Regional wine and mineral water are included with your evening meal.  Homemade complimentary "anti-bonk" fruitcake is provided for long bike rides with tea and biscuits on return. A typical weekly menu is set out below for guidance. We are happy to change anything according to dietary requirements. Please advise us in advance if there is anything you particularly like or dislike and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
