To allow you to "create" your own package we offer the following:

Transfer prices are per trip and not per person for up to 4 people sharing.
They are priced each way to allow you more flexibility with your travel arrangements.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to fluctuations in the price of fuel transfer costs may change from the time of booking to arrival.  We will inform you of any change prior to your arrival.

BOOKING

  • Please either complete our Booking Enquiry Form below or email us at flash@delucci.co.uk or susie@delucci.co.uk.
  • A response will be made within 24 hours confirming availability and prices.
  • Upon booking you will be asked to send a deposit of 25% of the total cost, payable by cheque or bank transfer in Sterling or Euros.  Once we have received payment of your deposit this is confirmation of your booking.  No deposits will be refunded.
  • The balance is required in euros on or before your departure from Delucci Retreat.
  • Airport or train station transfers, if required, need to be arranged at time of booking.
  • Any damage or loss to our property or other guests caused by you or any member of your party must be paid for in full immediately. We expect all guests to have consideration for other people.
  • We accept no liability for the death of, or personal injury to, any persons during their visit, nor for any loss or damage resulting therefrom unless caused by the proven negligence of ourselves. Neither do we accept any responsibility for strikes, war, sickness, acts of God etc. over which we have no control.
  • You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance for your needs. UK residents should ensure that they apply for a European Health Insurance Card (this has replaced Form E111). You can apply online for the free card at the NHS EHIC website.
